At Zeptrio, we want you to love what you ordered. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Gift cards

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no extra charge. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

How to Initiate a Return
